There was a definite "sprinkling" of snow on the cars this morning as I walked to the station ... but nothing remaining on the ground so far ...

Am up for tonight - having lugged my tripod through rush hour London commuter traffic ... looking forward to it! 6 ish works for me.

Think your self lucky though a guy at work bought a new tv on the web paid extra for a saturday delivery they stuck a card through his door tuesday, he phoned the courier's up and said he had paid extra for a saturday delivery and that's when he wanted it delivered only to be told they don't work saturdays. He phoned the people he bought the tv from up asking for the extra to be refunded only to be told to take it up with the courier as it wasn't their problem.

if that were me I would have rejected the goods and taken the supplier to court! Gawd knows how "good" that supplier will be if he ever needs service & support for the TV........will probably tell him to go direct to the manufacturer.........t​alk about pillar to post

Similar situation (?) we bought a package, hotel and flight from Expedia. The Filght was Easyjet and we paid extra for "Speedyboarding" ~ nothing but because of a cockup at the checkin. I claimed from Expedia who told me I should parallel claim direct to Easyjet, I told them my contract was with Expedia not Easyjet.....there was a delay of weeks and had to remind Expedia it was outstanding and that unless I received the refund within 7 days I would go to court, 48 hours later advised payment coming OK not a lot of dosh but it will always be the principle that counts
