Went to the pier early to see what Hurricane Earl had brought us. The waves were big with pretty good shape but shooting directly into the sun was not good. The waves got pretty messy in the afternoon, but the light was better and was able to get some decent action shots. This is one of them...

For some reason I love number three the most. Something about the impending ride I guess, the shape of the wave, the fact that he looks small riding it. Well done on the set.

Thanks for the complements all.
I like the last one as well, but I really had to push it in post so it would show up. The sun was right in my face.
