Can someone please confirm whether I can use Sterlingtek S90 batteries for the S95? I'm about to order a couple.

Thanks.

This camera is going to be fun. Shot RAW, used DPP, hand held.

chmod did you digiscope this shot? If not, you got pretty close to that bird. Great shot by the way!!

Thanks russ49.

No, I've been feeding the guy peanuts this summer and he's pretty tame.

I was standing a few feet away, and used the zoom. I regret using the zoom, however, as it changes the aperture and thus trashes the bokeh. In fact, I dislike the bokeh greatly on this camera on anything but f/2.0 but I accept that fact it is not a DSLR> :-)

The device is fully capable of sharp, well saturated images.

Very nice control of what could easily have been a blown out sky.

Ordered one as a discreet secondary camera for my 5D2. As much as I love it, there are times when it's just too much to lug around. Thanks to all who posted in this thread, and here's hoping ACR is updated soon!

MikeFairbanks...thanks. It's a fun device and there is much to be learned insofar as maximizing what it can, and minimizing what it cannot do. IS can only get you so far, but it's pretty amazing considering the form factor.
