really a great cam ... but it's a pity, that there is noise already at iso100. not much .. but visible. I'm curious how these cameras evolve in the next few years. more details, less noise - and we have a perfect camera :-)

Been gone from here for a while... ( Sold all my DSLR gears 5 months ago)

Ok guys! It was a long decision for me whether to get an S95 or G12 ($100 difference)

I went for S95 for small form factor and a decent f2 lens.... (I just got it today for my Bday! )

Here`s my contribution: (Follow my Sig link below for full resolution )

1 )Only PP was a bit of vignette... All manual mode.

2) Only PP is the LR3 B&W conversion. Manual mode . Focus at the edge of the mouse... WOW!

This would be beautiful but for the obnoxious sig line running through the bottom. Subtle man... subtle.

Exposure Compensation is merely telling the auto-exposure system to expose more, or less, than the meter says by a predetermined amount. If you're using manual exposure you are the auto-exposure system; you just adjust the aperture and shutter speed so you're under- or over-exposing the picture by how much you want.

When done well, this is always effective and looks perfectly miniature, as it does here. Bravo!
