The first one got a chuckle from me. It's a nice humorous shot. In the second, it looks like the camera locked on the subject's shoulder for the focus, which put her face out of focus. Did you let your camera choose the focal point? Experiment with picking it yourself. You might be pleasantly surprised. In the third one, you have an interesting light display in the background that draws the eye. I think it would have been a more powerful shot if your subject was turned to face toward it. That would have had her looking into the center of the frame instead of out the edge, which is a better composition.

I quite like them, the only slight irritation for me is that awb colour cast which is very obvious in the first.

I have the focus in the center of the frame. I aim the center at what I want it focus, lock it, then move to frame the shot.
