Put the card back into the camera and the LCD screen simply read (ERR) and showed zero pictures on the card. Reformatted the card which now seems to be working okay. NinetyEight "Banned for life"  More info | Sep 05, 2010 05:30 | #3 You may get away with the card being OK in the future, but personally I'd get rid of it, or keep it for a real emergency backup. It's only a 1Gb card and they are pretty cheap (relatively) so time to get a new 4 or 8Gb one Kev
