Bee's are harder to get macro shots of than I thought. Your biggest problem here is that the light is terribly harsh. If you mess with shadows/highlights you can fix this somewhat. You also, to my taste, oversharpened the image. Everyone wants sharp macro pictures but if you take the sharpening to far it makes the image ugly imo. I'm unsure if it's the fault of the sharpening but the background is showing some pretty significant banding. If it is from the sharpening I would selectively sharpen on the portions of the image that have details you want sharpened, if not you should select the background selectively and apply enough blur to get rid of the banding. You also should get rid of the sensor dust spots and, lastly, on my monitor the picture looks like you have a red hue across the image.
