Thanks all.

There are a few spots, but I cleaned lenses, and I don't see them on today's shots, so hopefully it was just that. Does using macro tubes show up spots that wouldn't be seen with a normal lens? I always thought that some spots or dust on lenses didn't really show?

Sorry, but the dust spots are probably on the sensor.
Try shooting a light color blank wall at a high f-stop, 11-16. Any dust on the sensor will show it's ugly head.
Nice shot, no real criticism.

They sell wet cleaning kit that will do a great job and will not injure your camera. Take your time, follow directions and save a ton of money.
