just a few from a quick natural light studio I set up in my lounge room (also used as my studio) today.

Window behind me, black material hung behind my daughter, stool with lambswool over it.

Backdrop is about half a meter away from my subject.

Light was low - shot late arvo, so had to use 800 iso.

EXIF :

Camera:Canon EOS 5D Mark II
Lens:EF24-70mm f/2.8L USM
Shot at 70 mm
Exposure:Manual exposure, 1/100 sec, f/2.8,
ISO 800Focus:At 1.2m

Beautiful and simple. Always works for me. Well done.

Thank you so much for the behind the scenes info. Makes things feel more in reach (I really don't want to get into lighting - I've had my speedlight for a year and still don't understand it.)

My thoughts exactly. It's on a canvas right?
