Not sure what this might be so an ID would be great. Found in a marsh area of Ridgefield NWR, Washington state. I figure he was in the Sandpiper section of my Audubon book.

Those are some very nice photos of Greater Yellowlegs. In this basic (winter) plumage, the bi-colored bill and length of bill separates it from Lesser Yellowlegs.

We had been up the day before and arrived at about noon. Light was terrible so we tried it again later in the day expecting some sunset light. it worked well I think.
