This time I ventured over to the beach of Great Slave lake and got some images with reflections. Bad part is this night was one of the blackest nights in a very long time, due to the moon not being out at all.

I compensated by cranking up the exposure an additional few stops and my ISO was variable between 2500 and 4000. Adventurous Photographer, Writer

Levels in photoshop may also help, though I find too much creates too much chromatic noise and that is never a good thing. Adventurous Photographer, Writer

I tried bringing the exposure up in Camera Raw & PS but it just made to much extra noise. It was just the darkest night we've had this year I think.
