You don't have the fishy lens, but you do have the person/prostitute in the straight jacket? OK, I want to see the next series of this one! Even without the lens... (kidding of course)

I find the picture of the child in the middle of the message to be creepy and it makes me feel uneasy. I feel it could be a more powerful message without the child's picture. I agree with cmchavis about having a drugged out prostitute in the corner who make it a very interesting image

It makes me feel uneasy and sad; it's the type of thing that just screams 'this cannot end well' to me.

Interesting image, though. It also makes me really curious as to what happened.
