After days of googling and looking, the results I got are pretty slim, so I'll post a question here in hope of someone having a solution.

I'm looking for a online software solution for starting a small agency specialising in editorial stock. We need the software to be able to implement a RM pricing scheme, offer multiple photogs and editors, have offline payment (gateways are unnecessary), ability to offer pics for free, but still require the usage to be specified so we can track which clients downloaded and for what (probably just setting all the settings for pricing to $0).

it needs to be able to change the tax scheme to fit our country requirements, needs to be translatable.

also, ftp upload, metadata reading and multiple resolutions of the same image are a must have.

we are looking for either a hosted solution (needs to be able to put our own domain into the adress) or something to install to our own server. depends on the costs.

so if anyone has any idea or additional questions, please chip in.

by now, we have only found these two options:

http://www.stockboxphoto.com/ (external link) - ugly as hell
