I like them, glad you kept shooting in the rain.

The horizons need to be horizontal (I still have trouble doing this!)

Seems like the boat needs to be a little more in focus, but I like the shots....

In both, horizons are off.

#1 I would give it a pano crop.no need for the sky in this one?

Second, the focus is off the boat...

Thank you!

But for the first one, My focus is on the lands, I kept it horizontal. Maybe I should do a bit more job to fix the distortion.

Both of these images work well in my eye. The first is about horizontal layers and there is enough differentiation in texture to override the similarity layer size. There is a slight difference in size and often when printing or composing an image like this the layer size in the frame is given consideration. In #2 I might consider isolating the boat with a contrast layer and lift the highs a tad to offer a little more visual contrast in the frame.

I wouldn't change a thing in either frame. As much as I like #1 I really enjoy #2. The sky is awesome and the lone boat on the water makes a wonderful place to come back to after surveying the frame. These images will survive tone treatments well. The B/W works in #1, the blue works in #2.

Feel free to add a modified version without changing the originals. You have this really great blue monotonic tone working for you in the image naturally. In B/W terms the blue represents a hard cold filter of a blue variety which is different than the steel cold of selenium toning.

I still think the first has too much sky, and the B&W lost the nice cool tones for me..

Second one also needs that boat to be focused, and going back now, the sky there is huge too, it could be cropped.

Agree on the focus, but with some tweaking to make the clouds more dramatic, #2 could be really nice composed with no cropping.

Love #1. The B&W conversion is excellent. Maybe play around with adding some fill (dodge) on the dark concrete portion to help show some more detail???

Would add a little more contrast to No1, a bit flat for my liking, compositions are great though!
