I can't believe you ask for C/C and not a soul takes the time to comment. Shocking for this place.
1.. image could be sharper, and you lack a dominant subject. this makes things look very ambiguous, or "snapshotty" to me. my suggestion: think of what you are trying to convey and focus on making that your subject. if its the sky, let the sky dominate the pic. find a location that will allow for you to get a clean foreground and lots and lots of sky. if its the river, move lower. get down to the "water's eye" and give us that perspective, if possible. if the bridge is your focal point, look up "leading lines" on a photography site and/or google the phrase and emulate the angles of approach you see in those pics. this shot has promise, but simply lacks any dominating subject.
2.. does nothing for me because you haven't really used the depth of field to pull my attention to the water drops. the background should be completely blurred out, and i think you could have timed the water better with more attempts to grab a more pleasing droplet/splash. this one takes tons of practice to produce a great image. again, though, look up and google "depth of field."
3.. the flag is blocking our view. where could you have placed that flag to draw us in better? the walkway is cutting across at a goofy angle and not showing us either where it is coming from or where it is going to......confuses the eye/mind. and, your horizon is dead center in terms of cutting across the middle of the picture. usually pick which you want to dominate the shot.....and crop accordingly.
these arent bad pictures. dont get me wrong. but they have some elements in them that could be improved. google/read up on some of the composition techniques and watch how fast you improve. it'll be no time for your friends/family to say "wow...where'd you learn how to take such great pictures?" to which you can say.......online.
look forward to seeing more from you.
