Some shots from earlier this year. A rented 5dmkIII was on my tripod, and I had my 60D + 70-200 F4 on my shoulder. Fortunately these came out, even though I shot them hand-held and in a rush...plus I was pretty excited what the light was doing, so I wasn't paying as much attention to my settings. Not sure if I posted the first one here, but this is a new edit, I think it's stronger than what I had first attempted with B&W. Horizon is hard to judge there, since all the landscape appears sloped.

Wow, those are beautiful. Hard time deciding, but I think #2 is my favorite.

I'll add one from Iceland, shot with the 70-300 IS USM on a cheap tripod, before I got the 055MF4 (still kicking myself for not having a decent tripod in ICELAND!!!)

Focal length was 300, on a crop camera, my trusty XTi.

My mediocre contribution. Both at 70mm on a crop sensor.

Not sure if this counts but since I usually shoot lightning 24mm and under...This is with my 70-200 f2.8L II at 115mm on the 5D mk3.
