Hey fellow POTN'ers! So I've been second shooting quite a bit lately, and I recently had the opportunity to shoot my very first SOLO wedding. What an amazing couple to work with!

You can view the entire set on my blog (external link)

I would love some critique and criticism. Thanks for looking!

Also, #7 is kinda interesting, because you can see the reflection of the church where they held the reception.

I love the style! I don't think any of them would've dissappointed the client! :D

Here's my only criticism: you haven't made it possible for me to second shoot with you so I can learn to get images like this! :)
I love #1, even tho it is a good distance, to me the wide view of the pond/lake is magical. Once again, great job!

I can't access your blog from here, so I'll just comment on the photos posted here.

1. Nice. I even like the text and the reflection on the water
2. The subjects are too far for my taste, but I like the overall feel.
3. Decent shot.
4. Nice. I like the emotion on her face.
5. Nice.
6. Decent dancing shot.
7. Decent shot. I like the spotlight on the couple. The reflection on the church is nice.
8. Nice!

Thanks for the criticisms guys! I agree that the second one may be a little too far, but I loved how the light hit the bride and father. I have another one in a portrait shot that'll I post here in a few.

I, too, am having trouble accessing my site and blog...wtf!

Here's another shot that I like (wish I would've cleaned the glass window).

Really like the B&W conversions. Almost looks like a duotone. Is there some yellow added to the highlights?
