Did you try a black and white conversion? I also think the bright specks of dust catching the light are a distraction. Maybe try sepia and the specks will add to the "old" look. Kevin

I know dust everywhere is part of having and being around horses - I never even notice it when I am in the stable. What I meant was the way that the light catches some of the dust and "sparkles" white is a bit distracting when viewing the picture.
