Sorry, but you are all talking through your hat ... there are places for this kind of activity and there are places that it should not be done. And when some law enforcement type misses the terrorist snapping photos of airports and terminals, they pay holy hell for sleeping on the job. It's a complicated and very scary business.

I completely disagree Neutron -- there is "security" and then there is "pretense of security". 99% of all of these "make us safer" security steps are nothing but pretense of security, they don't accomplish anything but they step on all of our civil rights.

Just thinking we have "civil rights" is a crime on its own. Them have been gone for a while now.

The concept of civil rights is different than natural rights. The Constitution is based on natural rights that are derived from God and/or Nature. Civil rights are derived from government. This distinction is important because whatever the gov can give it can also take away. However, anything that is natural and/or "God-given" can never be taken away by gov. In other words, civil rights can be taken away by gov. But natural rights or God given rights are secure and can never be taken away.
