My first HDR feedback would be GREATLY appreciated..

Looks good. I would up the contrast and drop the saturation a little. Also, isolate and smooth out the sky a little through noise reduction or other method. Finally, rotate and crop a little to get that small piece of building out of the upper right hand corner.

I'd also erase the crane. But that's just me.

Good first attempt. Theres a bit of haloing around the tops of the buildings, and the oversaturation is a little distracting. Don't be afraid to crop out portions of the photo which don't work. Sometimes I've had to reprocess from scratch to fix the sky and merge the two in order to get things to look right. Keep it up!
