The only thing I can "rip" about this image is that it is too small. (Post with 700 pixels on the longest side.)

Otherwise, great separation of the subject from the background using a wider aperture, good job as she really POPS from the BG really making the image so much more focused on the model.

Second, I think the choice of red hair and red outfit contrasts great with the green necklace. Great smile and eye contact. I like it, just wish I could view it larger. (without having to sign in to flickr)

Nice shot. Great angle, sharp eyes, fun colors. Nicely done!

The only small thing I have is that the DOF seems a bit too shallow. You got the eyes so technically it's fine but I find the blur in the mouth a bit distracting. Again, personal preference but I figured I would put it out there.

Just what I was going to type,the mouth for me, should be focused as well.
