Thanks guys!

Allen, I believe it was your recommendation awhile back that got me wanting to shoot this area. I'd shot rt 66 on the OK side and I'd been to Amarillo to do Cadillac Ranch, but I really wanted to visit this area as it's very desolate but with lots of history.

I researched for quite some time and then I spent two days driving around, scouting spots, sleeping in my car, etc... I think it was worth it, as I came away with a few photos I really liked.

COOL There are some great places in New Mexico especially on the old Santa Fe Loop. Some places that were never paved like Texas' Jericho Gap...

Such a cutie! She's got great eyes... I had a Boxer named Amy that looked very similar to Sadie.. her eyes were the main focus of everything about here (well, that and her big ass!) :lol:
