Shrill of Strings by headshotzx, on Flickr For Your Entertainment by headshotzx, on FlickrViolinist Haowei Lim, from an entertainment company in Singapore, on assignment at a wedding reception. Commissioned by Musical Chairs, SG. The second shot was really hard to get as there was no way I could get both areas lit up properly with a single on-camera flash. The ambient was 1/15 f2.8 at ISO3200. Mad stuff! Good thing I brought a YN560, so I put it on optical (manual power) mode, set it on a light stand inside the reception/tea ceremony area, and balanced it with the flash lighting the violinist (ETTL).
