Here's my shot. It's with a 75-300mm lens. I've got others with the 100 2.8 macro lens, but there have been lots of those posted already.

I'm getting my Rebel XT I believe this upcoming Monday (just shipped!) and I have the stock 18-55mm lens on it...is it possible to get bokeh using this lens on my shots, and what aperature/iso settings would I use to achieve the desired results?

Cool. I like that third shot. The mix of the three main colours is great: green, red, and yellow. The bokeh is very similar to the 100 2.8.

Yeah, i've been told that it reminds some people of the Portuguese flag!

Yeah I absolutely adore and love the bokeh and image quality of the 60mm, it's just so sweet :).
