Nice effect. Is that from condensation on the lens ?
It would look nicer if you went through and took out the hot pixels. Otherwise, I like it.

How do I go about taking out the hot pixels?

Photoshop clone tool or something similar. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with pp tools.

I like it, condensation helps it a lot I think. And I don't mind noise. Impressive colours - there's something like 3 shades of blue.
Did you try shooting at the celestial equator? The pattern you get is very cool.
