Not sure previous shrimp boat pics work out due to the lighting so I thought I'd post a few of the bridge for review too. I'm trying to learn what can be improved for when I do a similar shoot in a few weeks. Critical feedback much appreciated.

1. This one is my favorite and seems the most interesting. Needs to be straightened a bit though. Just a couple degrees counter-clockwise.

2. I'm not excited by this one, mainly because there are tons of sunset/bridge shots out there. Something about it also looks a bit flat to me, like it's undersaturated or needs some more contrast. Nicely composed, and I like the strip of grass at the bottom to ground the whole scene.

3. I like the look of this even if it's a bit dizzying. :)

1 - I see where you were going with the framing of the bridge, doesn't work though - the bridge is too small to be the subject. The colors of the sky are good, the exposure is fine. Having the entire foreground in silhouette would help, but the framing is all wrong, way too crowded.

2 - Flat, boring - the bridge as a subject sweeping center stage is boring. Once good aspect is having the sun framed between the pillar and the cloud that's mimicking the shape of the bridge pillar and cables. I think a better crop would almost be to crop the image in half keeping the right half with the symmetry

3 - What's the subject? Branches 'frozen' in center are distracting. If the photo is about motion then that's fine, doesn't fit with the bridges theme.

I think when asking for a critique it helps to know what the photographer was going for. Maybe you're trying to express speed and motion in that last photo, or maybe you're just off on shutter speed :)

Thanks for the feedback everyone - much appreciated. On the first one, I was really just going for the reflection rather than the bridge in the back. For the second one I can see how it doesn't work and I have another view posted below. Hopefully my next time out will work out abit better.

I like the new edit you posted quite a bit more!

Regarding the very first photo, I didn't even notice the bridge until people were talking about it later. My eye first went to the tree, clouds, and reflection. :)
