Shooting in the Fillmore (San Francisco) On Saturday

I can't believe it but it is happening. I've shot in bigger venues but none this special. Has anyone ever shot in there? I'm considering just taking a 17-50mm f/2.8 and an 85mm f/1.8. I don't remember ever seeing a pit in front of the stage and I have an all access pass. I could borrow a 70-200 f/2.8 L if necessary but I just don't think I'll need it. I'll be shooting with a 30D.

Any info you have on angles, and where I should try and put myself would be appreciated. I've been to the Fillmore a bunch for shows but never as a photographer. I can't wait.

I think a 70-200 would be nice to have, depending on what you want to shoot.
Hopfully bigger venue = better light. So you might get away with f/2.8
