I have an A70 and want a telephoto lens. I have seen the 37 mm lenses and adaptors. Is there a down side to getting these? I like the idea that you can keep the adaptor on and not significantly block the flash like the 52 mm adaptors.

I leave the adapter on the camera all the time except when I need to use the flash (mostly indoors). The 52 mm adapter does cause a problem with the flash in the bottom right hand corner. I was able to pick up a 52mm second hand teleconverter cheap so I suppose that compensates for having to take off the adapter occassionally. The 37mm size looks the way to go. Brian
