Eurasian Eagle Owl - (Bubo bubo)

I saw this beauty last year at the LA County Fair but did not have my good camera. I was so happy to see him there again this year! He was tired, so I was unable to get him with both eyes open at the same time!

He was winking at me :)

Nice shots of a magnificent animal.

He does look a bit sleepy. It's hard to soar with the Eagles and hunt with the Owls, even for an Eagle Owl. :)
