DC3 + Northern Lights

I was stuck working night shift the other night. Noticed there was some nice Northern Lights, so I went air side and took some pictures of the DC3 sitting there + the light show. They are slightly OOF, not sure how I managed that. Thought I'd post for you Transportation people (also posted in Asto section).

Nice shots of "the lights". I love watching them!

Also nice to see the DC-3 (C-47) still in service after all these years. Speaks volumes about the quantity of aircraft put out, their utility, and airworthiness.

Ya man, on the LCD it looked good. The next day when I went to edit them I noticed it and wasn't pleased. Nothing one can do now. Plane is always around, the northern lights aren't lol

Nice images of the aurora. Looks good with the 3 in the foreground. I would wonder what to focus on, the 3 or the aurora?
