He should be with all the dang berries he was eating. There was a brother/sister too, and they kind of just wobbled around eating berries. Tiny guys.

very good, our bears here in the smokey's are more dark to black,i wonder if the area you are at have a different type?

Glacier has two types of bears, black and grizzly. The tricky thing is that most of the bears in Glacier are brown, chocolate or cinnamon! Black bears can be all different colors there. You have to pay attention to features such as a hump or the snout. Also, grizzlies have a more concave face.

There were falls with a steep cliff on both sides. The only way momma is coming after me is if she grew wings. :) Plus, I never push animals away or cause them to change their behavior. They don't owe me a pic, rather I owe them some common courtesy when in their home.
