Ok Finally got the photo to load.
Our resort in Zanzibar lays these flowers on the bed for us when we come, so I took some pics of the wife in mostly natural light, which is behind me. I used my 430 as fill light, but Im wondering if this picture is bright enough.

Any thoughts?

The second is the better but in my monitor it looks like it need to go bit further
