Whilst I like it, the image isn't as sharp as to be expected, perhaps as a result of JPEG compression.

This is a striking image. It might be ever so slightly tilted to the left. I trust that the crane towers should be vertical. What are those ghostly blotches at the top of the building? They look like an optical effect that shouldn't be there.

I disagree on the cropping suggestion. It looks good to me the way it is.

thank u all guys for your comments , i agree with u about the focus ,it seems out of focus , and am happy that i found another pic and it looks a little bit sharper than the old pic , but what i like in the old pic is the huge amount of the clouds over the sun .

i tried my best to remove these annoying things over the building , i hope u like it more now :)

I like the second one much better now that those orange goobs are gone.. the image looks a lot cleaner and more crisp; refined. Great shot.

Nice colours in the sky and general composition. Second shot has better IQ. Still, even in this one - notice the brighter yellow immediately beside the black silhouettes? That's from sharpening. You've got to be very judicious with your settings.

Cheers,
Tony

Sorry, I'm not seeing the brighter fringes in my monitor.

The first one looks out of focus - the second one is nice :)

I think those "things" on the building are actually cranes ;) cranes can only go so high - so at some point you use small cranes on the skyscraper that climb up as it goes up.
