I upgraded my hone PC and can't remember my password. I've tried the reset feature several times. It never sends the email. I've also checked the junk folder... Can someone reset it and send an email to my registered email address?

I guess my hotmail is somehow blocking it... Can I switch to another email address?

If hotmail blocks it the message should go into your junk folder so check there first. The other consideration is if you are using the right email address. If you use more than one (or have used a different on in the past) it could be you registered on the forum with the other account, so if you have others check them as well.

It's not in the junk folder. The hotmail is my current one. I may have had others, but it hasn't been sent to any of my current email addresses. Sorry for all this trouble but I really want to be able to sign in from my current home PC. Thanks for looking into this.

In that case I'm sure you should be able to change your email account yourself, since you have access to your account. In your User CP there should be a spot to let you change you registered email address. Once done you would only need to validate this change by going to that account and clicking on the activation email (one might be sent, different forums handle new addresses slightly differently).

Edit - just realised that you'd need your password to change your email account yourself - might have to wait for divine intervention (mods/admin)

If it were that easy... I need my password to change the email address. Even if I'm logged in.

Thanks for the help. Hopefully the Mods can change the email for me. I found a list of blocked emails on hotmail, but I'm not sure if the one from the reset is in there.

Since we're sending to the email you're checking (per your PM), if you don't see a message from POTN in your Spam folder or among your blocked email addresses, I suggest that you "Report this post" and supply us with an email (other than Hotmail, which seems to be having issues with our attempts to communicate with you) for an Administrator to change your email to.
