1st time shooting college football. Major speed adjustment of the players compared to HS (obviously). Also, staying in one spot for the most of the game vs. having full and complete access in High School.

Needless to say, here are a few of my favorite:

Why did you have to stay in one spot?

You do not, but there is a lot going on with the cheerleaders, canon, horses, etc. It's easier. Plus, unlike HS you cannot stand in the team area.

Just easier to camp out.

I was there also Vinny. I shoot Army on a regular basis. You just need to get use to the restrictions and getting around the field. I often shoot from the team area. But that's just me and a few guys that shoot there on a regular basis.

Will you be at any other Army games?

@ChefDave

The restrictions were actually very "at ease." being my 1st time there, I just was trying to stay out of the way. But as for a college sideline, there are a lot of obstacles, including the cannon, the horses, etc. All fun stuff. I had a great time.

I doubt I will be back, as I was covering for a friend, Alex, who I am sure you know. He is also a regular at Army home games.

My main business involves HS Sports and HS football is at the same time as most college games.

I think I saw you taking #33 in your gallery. I remember thinking, "that should be a cool shot." It is!

Any chance you FDU-Madison?

Nope not at FDU-Madison. I'm either at West Point or one of the other schools I shoot for regularly. Sure Alex otped for the glory of Penn State. I was bustin his chops about it on FaceBook Saturday morning LOL

Yea right after I took that Danny Wild (he's on FredMiranda) said hey cool idea I'm stealing it. I still didn't see his shot of it.

#5 is a great capture. The background is busy and I might crop a bit tighter but the action is solid.

Good series. I wouldn't want to get in the way of #44. This guys arms are the size of most players legs!
