Spent the day at the races yesterday. Most images I've ever shot in one day and it's taking a while to wade through them to pick out the ones that don't suck. Thanks for looking, and C&C is always appreciated.

One from the opening ceremonies

F7F-3 Tiger Cat. There were two of these flying. My panning technique doesn't do it justice.

Good stuff, we must have been pretty close :)

You didn't see a tool walking around in aviators with a 1d slung over one shoulder and a man purse on the other did you?

You're welcome. I've wandered through the transportation forum many times, and I'm glad to have a chance to contribute.

Cool shots. Were you there on thursday?
During the opening ceremony the F-16's came by early and set up a great shot with the US flag being flown in from as they passed.

I had just landed (2nd parachute to land) and my Camera was out of reach. I was so bummed that I didnt get a picture of that.

Thanks. I was there on Friday. I barely got a shot of the F-16s as it was. If they had come by while I had my attention on you guys I probably would have missed them.

Hahah I was sitting in the cockpit of an F-15 when the f-16s flew over. I missed it too, though at least I had an excuse.
