Fashion industry photographers who really use point and shoots only

I hear ppl talking about terry richardson and Elle Muliarchyk saying they use point and shoots. But in videos and all that they are using canon/ nikon dslr and hasselblads. Now is there anyone in the industry that is only using a point and shoot?

They use point and shoots like everyone else, and when they want more detail they use a DSLR like everyone else.

I don't think they limit themselves.
