Hi folks,
I have a Canon SX1 IS and already have a Canon WL-DC300 wireless remote for it.
I need to keep this one for "best" and want another for self-takes which I will be working with my foot and in mud/water etc.
So, I am trying to find another the same as mine in the UK which appears fruitless from my searches so wondered if any SX1 IS users have found alternatives.
I am wondering if many of these cheap "Canon-friendly" remotes you see on Ebay will work with all Canon cameras that accept a remote, or if they have different technology inside of them?
