Was an end of season clubbie meet, rubbish light most of the time, and took loads of average pics, but these slower shutter speeds made it worthwhile, and I learned plenty .

I'm afraid most of my pans go in the bin, can't seem to get it right. Never mind, there's always 1/1000th, which I tend to use a lot for my motorsport shots. See my pics @ http://www.flickr.com/photos/motorsportmad/ I have been there loads of times and days like this are ideal for mucking about and not caring wether the shot misses the mark,so I experimented . Re: A few from Shelsey Wash Hillclimb. 1/1000th?!? You may as well take pictures of the cars in the car park! I do like #1 Pons, I'd imagine panning at that angle is pretty tough. I see you have gone for very little space under the cars and this composition seems to work well, however,I think just a little more road in front might lead the eye to the cars better. www.scottisholdskoolescorts.co.uk
