I'm currently trying to determine if i got a good copy or if i just hit it REALLY bad with the birds..

Going by what you posted about the conditions durring the bird shots in the 150-500 thread, I think you deffinately need to give it another go. Especially on a day that doesn't have.....ummm......tornado force winds.....hehe. ;)

After looking at the bird shots (the ones you weren't sure about), I think that a couple of them arent to bad for focus actually.....Considering the low light, higher ISO scenerio. Deffinately worth another crack when conditions are more favourable.

Well, I hope it turns out good for ya. The 7D and Sigma 150-500 (plus 2 other pieces of glass) are what I'm looking at getting early next year.

Here's my youngest corgi, Maya...She is technology-inclined...as is apparent by the fact that she is protecting the iPad. :D

Yup, odd indeed. I would have expected to at least see Stealthy's original "Nikon vs Canon" thread. I guess we're just so abnormal and nutty in here, that they just randomly picked a thread to put there.....hehe. ;)
