I'm unsure of this picture. I do like it, but wondered if it was "too much".
Thing is, I took it at about 7am, and it's ALMOST SOOC - slight increase in saturation and clarity. What does everyone think?

The bright top and dark bottom forced my eyes to the center (literally, because the top is so bright it almost feels like looking at the sun), which is where the shot has the most character for me. Small world... Thank you. You are the first to mention the sun and blown sky in a positive light. Everyone likes the pic, but wants the sun/sky toned down. I admit I was bothered by the sky, but did like it all the same.

It is a small world, yes. People don't really expect lovely photos from Barnsley (the industrial North), but there's some lovely shots to be had if you look. What is the company called that you work for? I think the sky forces the eye downward while the dark forces it up, but the overall pictures makes the center an interesting place to look. If you cropped it to just the center though it would be boring I think. I actually put my sunglasses on and looked at the pic and it looked even better! Brian

LNS Turbo are in Wombwell, which is where I live. About 2 minutes from my house, and I pass by every day on the way to work. As you say, small world, getting smaller. ![]() Wow, very close! I was there for a week then went down to London for the weekend before our return flight home. Nice place, stayed at a place called "Pastures" I believe. Nice small place about 10 minutes or so from the factory. Brian
