We have a bug infestation at our work. Not inside, but out behind our building. I was just wondering if anyone knows what type of bug this is and if it is harmful.

There are 1000's of them....on the grass, on some trees. Some in clumps, and some moving to and fro.

Thanks,
JJ

Looks to be a type of Box Elder or Milkweed bug. Not harmful to people, but believe they can be a pest in gardens and vegetation.

Thats a LOT of them. Wow.

They call me Bruce :-)

Yep i would agree they look like Box elders. Had an issue a few years back with these little buggers.
