You could even just fit a Mamiya DM56 with a 56mm-wid sensor into the TS-E 17L's image circle - you'd lose shift, but, for landscapes, maintain the all-important tilt function.
I'd guess that fitting it into a lensboard wouldn't be too difficult; attaching a timed leaf shutter would be harder (essentially, you'd need a leaf shutter that fits onto the EF mount behind the lens), as would finding a way to control aperture.
I think the problem is that trying to get infinity focus with a MF body with this lens is going to be rough unless it is a modified rangefinder. Hasselblad has dedicated cameras with 38mm lenses in them and the H series has a 28mm which is not a fisheye and V series 30mm which are fisheye. The mirror for a MF is larger than a DSLR. In a discussion online pne photographer mentioned that a 47mm on a 4x5 is 1" from the film plane. Something to consider.
