Just got my 20D

and I am so happy.The bad thing is the instructions are in Germany and I cant understand it but i am going to try to find instuctions online if possible.I cant wait to play around with it.Just thought I would share my excitement.

have you ever used a dslr before? it'll be pretty easy to follow if you have.

but congrats with the new 20D. hope everything goes well.

im sure you'll find instructions on the net. just run a search in yahoo or google.

20D manual is downloadable from canon. Go to "download library" or follow this link (external link).


I hope you enjoy your 20D as much as I enjoy mine. great camera, best I've ever had.

Thanks alot,I found the info on the website and I am reading and playing at the same time.This is my first time using a DSLR I am doing a BIG upgrade from my HP 4.1mp point and shoot.So far I am loving it!

Congrats with new toy, I love my 20D even so I looking for Mark II, but still 20D is great cam. wish you tons of great shot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not at all it's a great lens, there are some incredible shots taken with it. (see: https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthre​ad.php?t=93625 for example)

There is the standard 20D kit with the 18-55 and another one with the 17-85 EFS IS which is the kit I got a few months back. I was just curious as to what lens you got with it.
