Lucky for me, mine sat still for a change! Anything you guys would change about this shot? My first time shooting an animal.

That's a great pic; got a bit of ba-Roo going on. I'd crop the very top of the pic; the dual colors on the left and right side really distract my eyes away from the pup's eyes. And perhaps a more colorful blanket would work wonders with the pup's golden coat and that lighting, plus eliminate a few of hotter spots.
