Geezzz $99? wow. Does anyone know of 3rd party LP-E6 battery that hold charge as good or almost as good as canon lp-e6? I recently bought opteka battery and it seems to loose power way faster than canon battery. Both fully charged and and installed in the grip. After 4 minutes of video recording, canon stayed at 100% and opteka's power went down to 87%

Topped off on the charger fairly quick, couple hours to get both charged... I'll have to run 'em down and charge a few times to see how they hold up, here's a quick pic with my ol' Rebel XT, lol...

Can U please record a 5 minute long video then check the power level? My opteka went down to 87% when it was installed along with canon battery. (Canon stayed at 100%)
EDIT:: my 60d was attached to 70-200 F4 IS and IS was on.

I'll try to remember to try out a 5 min. vid when I get home.

One question I have, is it possible to turn off the auto exposure, or whatever is going on in video mode that makes it hiccup when you pan between light and dark?
