Has everything passed now? Doing better now, all red patches are gone. They still come up after a shower (hot water) or if I itch myself but apart from that they are gone. But my health is back to normal apart from that. Hi, I'm David.

Per page 119 of the Canon 60D manual there are four metering modes. The "Spot mode" come closest with it covering a bit more than the center focus point. The focus point(s) and the metering mode are selected independently. For example, you can set the camera to use only the leftmost (9 o'clock) focus point and yet use the "Spot" mode for light metering which is centered around the center autofocus point. But I can not set it to meter on the focus point I have chosen it seems. (Unless it's the center one itself I suppose) Am I right? 60D, x100S
