Haha, yes. This car stuff ain't cheap. I think I spent over 3-5 grand on just a basic engine build by the time I went all brand new Nissan parts, powder coating and painting everything. My other car I have some wild plans for. I can't even fathom what the bill for that is going to be. Already been looking into a lot. Needless to say, that car is going to be a long term project hah.

Have had my camera for just shy of 4 weeks now, and have made a pact with myself to do a "photo a day" (usually happens to be 3-5 at least that I post and anywhere from 5-80 that I'll shoot). I think I'm learning a lot of good stuff ;) Have only gotten a few shots I'm super stoked on, but the camera is a blast... looking forward to taking it Sea World this weekend, even if it is a little heavy to carry around all day!

Just wanted to share a few of my pics since I thoroughly enjoying checking out everyone's work on here.

That's no lie. My supercharger was around 6 grand. Supporting mods are adding up to more than that. And...Other than wheels, I haven't even really gotten to appearance stuff yet. My trucks are giant money sinks too. I should take a page out of my wife's book...And buy a Camry, put gas in it, and drive it until the wheels fall off.

Guess I just like having my eyeballs sucked back in my head when I hit the go-pedal.

Corey, how is business going?

Slow at the moment. Have a photo shoot tomorrow morning, and maybe 2 more on the weekend before I start back at my full time job on Sunday. It will be really slow during the summer. New kid on the way and lots of on call. Will get things set up for full time in the fall when I'm off again.

How about yourself?

Btw, did you get my pm. I'm making some nice cash on those hockey cards. Will probably do soccer and baseball pictures this summer as it takes no time to take rattle off a whole team for pictures.

Well, on my business side, I'm simply starting, but slowly. I have my full time job, so that takes a lot of time. As of now, it's a lot of portfolio building. I do have to major contracts coming, I can't wait!

For the cards, I checked their website but haven't seen a single place that talked about pricing. It looked really business-oriented, where do not really reach regular small photographer. Feel free to PM again with some details, there's tons and tons of sports team here, there is sure money to be made.

Oh and keep us informed when you get your 85mm ;)

Doesn't take long to add up. I tell you the Visa company is sure happy. My next engine build is going to cost almost $2500 for just the rods and pistons. lol Depressing just thinking about it. One day I'll dig in to the new project.

Spent the day out shooting today, weather was nice, sunlight was a bit harsh, but the new CPL works nice.

Ew new! Luckily I paid $1000 for my car with a blown motor and the fun and games began. My other project car I paid $200 for it, and under went a year long restoration project and repaint by myself.

I'd actually prefer something older but my parents refused to let me crash down in the middle of the highway so they said new car only. x.x

Trying to get a new photoshoot going, gonna test out a new softbox and a few stands I got to try at the DUB Custom Car Show this May!!
