Ha Ha just saw this comment and the others. My wife does not work as I am old fashioned (even for being so young) and feel that I should support my wife. Trust me its eye for an eye at my house. You should see her Tiffany's and Pandora jewelry collection. Her assortment of Prada, Coah and LV bags... My car builds actually rarely cost me anything out of pocket. I am able to usually resell them for a large amount of my build cost. I do most of my own labor as therapy LOL. My paint and body is sponsored, and my tires are free. LOL...

My previous builds in the last 4 years.

05 350z twin Turbo
06 C6 Zo6 - cammed and N20
4x 240sx with over 500whp or over 800whp depending on fuel, turbo and boost level

Heck I built my wife a Skyline Swapped 240sx Convertible recently. Put 8k in the build and sold her for 14k.

I am so insanely jealous right now, lol, those all sound like very fun rides to "play" with. ;)

I'm new to DSLR photography and have been playing with my 60D for about a month now. I'm fairly comfortable with camera controls and the basics of exposure. I'm ready to buy a flash and have been debating between the the 430 and 580 and currently leaning toward the 580. The question I have though is I see people on this forum talking about buying wireless triggers for their flash. I'm confused because I thought that ability was built into the camera. Is their an advantage to using a trigger over the build in wireless?

Well using triggers give you more freedom. Usually the built in trigger only work good indoor because it needs sight of view, the ebay triggers or any other sort of triggers works on radio frequency. So you dont need to have the flash in "view" to trigger, also on bright sunny days is a hit and miss when the built in, tiggers the external flash.

Katya, you need to update your camera raw software. Here's the download link for the windows version : http://www.adobe.com …ads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4917 (external link)

KatyaRoz

Sounds like the default program to open the raw fie is Picasa. I don't have Lightroom, but it should have a way to set the default for the raw file to open in Lightroom.

Another way in XP at least is to right click on the file, and use the Open With command, and select Lightroom.

In Picasa go to Tools, Options, File Types, and unselect the box for Raw. Then go to Lightroom or CS5 and set the preference.

Taken from my website : Today's picture evokes the infinite, the feeling of always going around in circles. And what to say about it's palette of colors that dazzled and amazes us. That, or you simply see a slinky in a circle, it's up to your interpretation ;)
