I'll see your fish tank photo.....

And raise you a puppy pic!

That's a gorgeous tank. I just don't have the patience for saltwater, and I'm down to only 1 40 gallon freshwater tropical. :(

And what an adorable puppy!!

Playing in Lr3. Tell me what you think.

The 2nd one looks pretty dark to me, but the subject is interesting so with at little more brightness or fill light it would look really nice. That said, I prefer the processing on the first one. The sepia tone makes an interesting photo even more interesting, at least to me.

Well I'm actually in far North Garland, but yes. It's West of Holford Road and South of George Bush Highway. PM me if you would like directions, there are some good trails and the creek is pretty cool. I could use some pointers...photo walk/hike?

BTW very cool looking cat. I had seen an earlier post of him and thought he had some pretty exotic markings, what breed is he?

I've been really busy this last week (and still busy this), but I wanted to thank you Corey for the tips on the new technique. I can't wait to try that! (Hopefully tonight).

Oh and I'm gettng more photography contracts, high school proms, college prom/event, maybe a maternity shot soon, some portraits, sports... Thanks to you POTN, I learned everything from you :D

Sounds great David!

Btw, was contacted today by "Our Canada" magazine and they want to publish one of my lightning photos. Hopefully it makes the cut!

Nice Corey! Hope I'll get to see that published shot! Did they offer to pay or will only give credits?

They give me a 1 year subscription to the magazine and recognition of course. That is all I want.

Here's a few I snapped this weekend. I wish the weather hadn't been so gloomy, but at least I got to go out and play a little. I really hate the way the sky looks in these.

Wish the water had turned out a little better on this one, but it started raining like crazy about the time I snapped this and couldn't play to make it look like I wanted.
